New heights for OpenAI ERC
“Is $OPENAI owned by OpenAI?”, “Is this coin affiliated with OpenAI?”, “Is it legit to use OpenAI name on a coin?” and directly “Fake, scam, not connected to OpenAI” have been the questions that stormed the $OPENAI community for the last weeks, and no, as stated everywhere, we are not OpenAI Inc. This stopped us from reaching our true potential and ride the AI season as we should be doing
Welcome to the first of many upcoming Medium about our project… Today we’ll talk about what’s coming next & our recent interactions with the OpenAI team:
| Migration:
The “OpenAI” name has given us so much but has also taken too much and stopped us from reaching our aims, which are higher than what we have already achieved. This is why, we’re migrating to a new contract; a new name, a new future & expanding in the AI market apart from the APIs that OpenAI offered
All of our current utilities will stay with us, such as our Bots, which will also be upgraded in the next update. We’ll also develop new telegram bots, but we aim for more, we want more. Our own DApp using multiple AI’s in one and making it able for Chinese users to use ChatGPT, as it’s blocked in their country are just a few of our upcoming features
We will use the same socials, but the name will change according to our new name. The website will be made again from zero and will be constantly updated, with our team & whole information included on it
The current contract is a forked one, which has a few issues which will be fixed in the new contract. We won’t renounce the ownership, as we feel like the community already trusts us enough after this long road. We’ll have liquidity tax too, so we can keep increasing the floor constantly. Also, the contract tax sells will be lowered, and taxes will be dynamic
The new name and logo will be revealed this week. The migration process will also start this week. Stay updated on our socials. We’ll stay on the AI market and build, with a bigger team than before

Over the past few weeks, we have been receiving emails from the Pirkey Barber law firm regarding trademark rights Violations of OpenAI Inc. Originally when these requests were received by the team we thought them to be a fraudulent scheme created by competitors to remove us from the competition. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed that these requests are legitimate. At this time no lawsuits are being pursued by OpenAI Inc as long as we continue to comply with the legal team, which was disbanding completely the project, but we never thought about giving up, and after multiple conversations, we managed to get the option of migrating as we were already thinking about this.
$OPENAI made an explosion in this space so monumental that it received the attention of OpenAI Inc. We are glad to have had such an amazing community join us on this great journey. Nothing would have been possible without you all, and we hope to see you around in this new adventure in which we are migrating the token.
